The future of AI is human trust.Intelligence is becoming abundant.
Trust is not.

Heru AI builds and backs applied-AI companies whose real product is trust — starting with financial services, where trust is the business.

01 — The studio

AI that puts selling back on the customer’s side.

Heru AI was founded by Enoch Chan, a former global partner at McKinsey & Company and generative-AI lead for QuantumBlack in Asia. We build applied-AI companies in financial services, where most products are sold by someone paid by the manufacturer rather than by the customer. That gap is why so much advice goes untrusted, and it is the gap we build against.

Trust has a formula, and both halves of it are now buildable. AI raises the top at a scale no salesforce can reach: a system that knows every product, remembers every client and never has an off day. The bottom is a design choice — so we design it out, until what is good for the person selling is the same as what is good for the person buying.

We build
Company-first, not advisory. We take operating roles and stay in them.
Model agnostic
We back no single model. Whichever one is best for the job today, and the one that replaces it tomorrow.
Data systems
The advantage sits around the model, not inside it — the data systems that make it fit to build trust in highly regulated, domain-specific work.

02 — The name

What is Heru?

Heru — Horus — is Egypt’s falcon god of protection. His eye was torn apart and restored, and its fractions, ½ down to a sixty-fourth, became the notation the scribes used to record what was owed. Protection and the ledger in one mark.

The eye’s fractions, laid end to end.

1/64  the missing part

They stop at sixty-three sixty-fourths. AI can compute the sixty-three. Heru AI is built for the sixty-fourth — the part a named human still has to vouch for.
