5. Purchase and Payment

We facilitate free online quotations from our Insurance Intermediaries.

6. Termination

If you terminate our Services before policy expiry or renewal, the Insurance Intermediary may retain any commission or fees earned in arranging your coverage.

7. Refund of Premiums

General insurance policies are typically annual and do not carry a statutory cooling-off period. Unless your policy expressly provides for a return of premium, cancellation outside of any applicable cooling-off period does not entitle you to a refund.

  1. the licensed intermediaries will be responsible for arranging the insurance policy and, for this purpose, the client should only deal directly with the licensed intermediaries (i.e. the client should not deal with the referrer for arranging the insurance policy);
  2. the referrer does not represent the licensed intermediaries and should have no involvement in the arrangement of the insurance policy;
  3. the licensed intermediaries disclaims all liability for any advice in relation to the insurance policy given to the client by the referrer; and
  4. premium for the insurance policy should be paid directly either to the licensed intermediaries or the insurer concerned.

9. Fees and Remuneration

Entrust receives service and advertising fees from Insurance Intermediaries. Insurance Intermediaries earn commissions or fees from insurers. By proceeding with any transaction, you consent to these remuneration arrangements.

10. Claims

In the event of a claim, you should notify your Insurance Intermediary or insurer as soon as possible-generally within 14 days of the incident-and follow the claim procedures provided. Incomplete forms or missing documentation may delay settlement.
